Optimal breathing indicator strap.
Breathing is usually seen as internal and invisible. In this project, we produced a visual indicator
that encourages optimal breathing - to the diaphragm.
The product is composed of a 2 layer rubber band with slits.
When breathing, the band expands and exposes the pattern of the die cut. When breathing deeply, the rubber band
stretches or compresses accordingly, both revealing the color of the the inner layer below and informing us
whether or not our breath is deep enough.
